  This location is near my house and they always come through with all my coffee/pastry needs. I wasn’t having a good day, but after stopping here to get my coffee Roberto made my bad day so much better. Y’all have good employees who cater good customer service to us customers. Thank you!!!

  Avoid this location at all cost. Extremely uncomfortable. I hate this location. It's full of homeless people and foul oders. When customers like myself come in they get up stand by the door and hover over you at the counter by the register, waiting for you to pull out money, like they're about to pounce on prey. I didn't get far. Before I could even order anything one person right away stood behind me watching I got anxious and turned around to check my surroundings in case an ambush was about to happen. I made the mistake of making eye contact with the person which they took as an invitation to ask me for money. I said no looked at the workers who I thought would intervene but they didn't do anything. Since they are allowing this I just left. I am not going to spend money on a place that actively harbors an uncomfortable and unsafe environment. I'll get food elsewhere. I know homeless people are going through a lot, but we all are. I was homeless myself twice, but I never did this. For most of us eating fast food has become a twice a month one meal luxury in this economy. Yes, I could cook at home but I was running late as is, hence the purpose of fast food on the go. Also, groceries are expensive. This location needs to fix this. It's a sad situation but it's still not ok. Customers just want to order pay and go. Not be surrounded by obstacles of pan handlers. The city needs to step in. Makes the convenient part of this location avoidant.

  I have been a regular at this Dunkin Donuts for three years. During my time there, the staff has always been great. They know my order and often start preparing it right when I walk in. I appreciate them deeply. Unfortunately, there is another regular guest who I have learned is a friend of the owner. This specific guest is a violent person. On multiple occasions I have witnessed him physically remove people from the store. On Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, I witnessed him beat a woman with his fists. She entered the store seeking shelter from the below zero temperatures. She sat down at a table without approaching any of the other guests. He immediately began his routine of harassing her, humiliating her, and threatening to toss her out of she didn't leave. He took her coat from her and tossed it out into the cold before returning to her. As this short man stood directly over her, trying to intimidate her, a physical altercation began. The woman tried to use her hands to push the man away. He started swinging immediately. This only lasted seconds before they separated. The woman was then hunched over the counter recovering from the blows with her back turned to the pathetic excuse for a man. Seconds later, he succumbed to his needs to exert his self appointed superiority over her. Unprompted, he began to repeatedly strike her in the back of the head with his fist. As she tried to escape his blows, he pulled her shirt off, leaving her exposed. Only then did a real man step in to stop him. As I assisted her, the insecure man began to justify his actions to the other patrons. Eventually, he approached me and told me that "beating her was the only way she would learn". Based on what I have witnessed this man do over and over again, I can only assume he is a predator who uses this store as his hunting grounds to fulfill his needs to assault women under the guise of keeping poor people out of the store. While he often threatens men, he is especially vile towards women. Upon returning to the store a few days later, he was there again. I left a note for the owner demanding that he be banned from the establishment. This request fell on deaf ears. The owner, his friend, has allowed this emotional toddler to continue hunting women in the store. They must either not care about his behavior, or support his abusive actions as "necessary" to "protect" their business. Either way, those who allow violence are perpetuators of violence. If you have seen this man and his behavior, I encourage you to contact the corporate office to report his actions. You may man know this Lord-Farquaad-wannabe as the guy who rides to the store on his scooter with a small, souvenir baseball bat. Or, as the man who brings his unleashed dog into the store and ignores it when it shits in the middle of the lobby. Help me do what is right by withholding your money or reporting his actions. Thank you.
