- KRKasella RunkSep 27, 20261.0I was completely disappointed I ordered both of my sandwiches with no cheese and both of them had cheese on it. we went to get them replaced and told them they had no cheese one of them glared and said “ok” and pointed to the other lady so that was rude already. then we went to the other lady and we said this is supposed to have no cheese yet again and she also just said “ok” obviously she didn’t care when she made them we had to blatantly ask if she could remake them they both gave us and other customers horrible attitudes and then after all of that they only remade the sandwich and didn’t even give us my wrap so he had to ask again and they made it. Horrible people. Horrible service.

I was starving and my blood sugar was dropping. So I went to the kiosk (big mistake) and asked for a medium iced tea, with sugar and raspberry. A bagel and a long John chocolate donut. This one skinny girl asked me what donut I said “a long John chocolate donut” she gave me a regular glazed donut. I let her know that is not the donut I asked for and told her what I wanted she goes “I swear you did not say you wanted a long John. I swear to god you did not say that.” And I said “yes I did and there’s no need for the attitude” and then they ran out of the iced tea and asked if I wanted green tea. I said “sure” because I waited 20 mins for my tea. The tea was mid at best. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve been too.

Wait times unbelievable, cleanliness behind the counter - non existent. You are losing tons of sales from people just walking away and then wasted food from people who paid but couldn't wait longer than the 45 mins they already waited. Crazy. Also isn't it custom to put have hair secured when working with food? Not here.
