- SASelecta AzulJul 9, 20261.0Estuve visitando este lugar por más de un año y cuando estuvieron las chicas anteriores nunca tuve problemas con mi bebidas siempre fueron profesionales pero ahora con esta señora arrogante y muy poco profesional como manager es lo peor y grosera el joven que me atendió fue amable y le pedí mi bebida la cual mostrándole en mi teléfono cuál era se equivocó está bien 👍🏼 dije luego procede a hacerme otra y veo que me vuelve hacer equivocadamente otra vez la cual le dije no es esa pero está bien por esta vez pero procuren hacer bien la bebida la próxima vez en eso termino de decir y que la señora arrogante grosera y altanera me dice sepa pedir bien la bebida la cual hiso mi bebida la golpeó contra el mostrador diciéndome aprenda bien el nombre de la bebida y me la entregó grosera mente golpeando mi bebida fuerte contra el mostrador y le dije le haré saber este mal servicio a Luis quien es el manager de la tienda y todavía responde grosera dígale que no hay problema y lo dijo delante de los demás clientes!! hay que tener hígados para ser así la bebida la tiré a la basura con este tipo de persona trabajando lo cual deberían de buscar otro trabajo que no sea el servicio al cliente entiendo que puedes tener un día mal como todos y nos podemos equivocar y no pasa nada no somos perfectos pero nunca trates de humillar y tratar mal a un cliente que por ese cliente tú tienes trabajo aprende a ser más humilde y no ser grosera porque como manager señora usted esta súper lejos!! nunca más volveré acá esta tienda esto fue miercoles 7/08/26 a las 9:50 am mi dinero vale y me lo llevo a otro lado pero nunca vuelvo honestamente horrible servicio!!
