  I love dunkin I go almost everyday. However I’m going to need a new location. The quality of drinks has gone down hill, the staff is rude every time I go. Yesterday I went to buy gift cards for my son’s teachers and they were snappy with me. Today my drink quality was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. I asked for an ice water with my drink and they gave me a hot cup half full…

  Every time I go to this location horrible service,my order is always wrong they dont give you a chance to place your order or listen I went this afternoon the Latina has no customer service no one ever tells me thank you they make mistakes all.the time I will not be going there anymore this has happen way to many times poor service poor customer service poor across the board

  The worker on shift around 9pm on april 30th was so rude and and overall didnt have good customer service. She didn’t make the drink properly and I came back for her to fix it and she was so rude about it. she threw my straw away in the rudest way possible too. if you’re going to do something do it right & why be so miserable about it. super petty.

  Very rude employee she didn’t make the drink right and when we asked for it to be fixed she did not fix it she just added a little crumb of Oreo 😂

  So this dunkin donuts is literally only a few blocks from where I live...so its my family and I go to spot 98% of the time...but this will be the last time I frequent this location...I will just go to the one on Belmont/Cicero or the one on Fullerton/Laramie from now on since those are the other locations close to my house...but this has got to be the place with the rudest WORKERS ever... they have no idea what good customer service is at all. Management definitely needs to do a better job when hiring and maybe offer some classes to those who lack customer service, because it is ridiculous. The girl who was at the drive thru window this morning around 8:16am handing me over my drinks, should be very grateful that my mother was with me, because I was ready to spazz out on her. Management get your workers in order because from what I see down these reviews, it's nothing but lack of good customers service.
