Terrible service. The people working inside will swear at you in their language when you’re ordering through the drive thru speaker. You won’t even notice since a lot of the people coming through don’t look “desi” as the person at the window claims.
When I confronted her about why she swore at me she said “I didn’t know you were desi” acting like if I wasn’t it would be okay.
I get that this is literally a Dunkin but that doesn’t mean you should treat people that way because your job sucks.
Everyone was at the phone, or talked between them, but don't give a good service for less. The guy saw me at the cashier but ignored me to much, just talked at the phone. Girls looking me but if I'm not said that i want to make a order, i was standing there for a while until someone can told me that. When i made my order for a coffee, i asked if they have soy milk but ignored me, he ask me for how many creams and sugars. I said oatmilk and he answer to the person to who was at the phone with him. The coffee I requested with 1 of sugar but doesn't have nothing. Just coffee with oatmilk. The restroom not had paper, the place was so dirty. They acting like if they make a favor to attend us. My first and last time here. And people recommended me dunkin donuts, no sir.

I was very disappointed with the service. We purchased six donuts, but the cashier placed all of them into a small bag, even though I asked for a box. By the time we got home, the donuts were completely squashed and the chocolate had smeared everywhere.
I paid good money for these donuts and expected them to be handled with more care. Instead, I felt like my order was treated carelessly, as if it didn’t matter. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression.

I was there at last monday at afternoon time, the dude who was working there wearing the glasses , he spoiled my coffee and my sandwich .
I have been a customer with this location from almost 3 years.
This is my 3rd complaint to this dude, he always screwed me up, he always spoiled my coffee and he is always busy on calls, not even listening for the correct order.
One time I asked for a hot coffee and he gave me the cold coffee.
And this dude is not at all following the rules, he don’t even have a proper uniform nor a name tag.
I am so upset with this management.
We are paying for the stuff and not getting satisfied with this kind of coffee and management at this location.

My coffee from here tastes different almost every time but I try not to be picky. It’s even been bad and I just drive home. Today is the one time I went back to ask for them to remake it/provide me with another coffee. I asked nicely but the guys said he just made it and asked multiple questions like why and how. I had to repeat idk it tastes like water with no sugar (why are you asking ME how and why, I didn’t make it!). It’s my go to location but not the best location. Just remake the coffee dude I’m not trying to waste my own time so if I say it tastes bad, I mean what I’m saying, I wouldn’t have come back if the coffee was good 🤦🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
