- SMSyed MuktarSep 7, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin' at around 8:07 PM. I ordered a bagel, paid for it, and waited almost 15 minutes. After waiting, I asked the cashier what was happening, and he had completely forgotten about my order. I told him I was in a hurry and asked him to please make it quickly. Instead of helping, he became rude and started arguing with me. Because of his attitude and the long wait, I asked for a refund. He told me that he could not refund my money to my account. I also asked for his name so I could report the incident, but he refused to provide his name and was not wearing a name badge. I left without receiving my order or getting my money back. I paid for a product that I never received, and I expect my money to be refunded. I would like a store manager or Dunkin' corporate manager to contact me regarding this incident and resolve the refund issue. This kind of customer service is unacceptable, and I hope this complaint is taken seriously.

By the time I got home, everything was smashed and mixed together — frosting, toppings, and crumbs all over each other. It looked completely unappetizing and unprofessional. The rudeness when I made a simple, reasonable request was the most disappointing part. I’d give zero stars if it were possible. Very disappointing experience.
