  When a deal is offered this store will raise the price of the item so they don’t lose out. I made a purchase one day with $2 off came in the next day the item cost more w the $2 off. When questioned no one can give an accurate answer. Just say you don’t wanna honor the deal. It closer to me but I rather take a ride for honesty

  I stopped by the Dunkin' location on East 87th Street in Chicago recently, and I was thoroughly impressed with my experience from start to finish. I ordered a caramel iced latte, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and a smooth coffee flavor. What really made my visit special was getting a chocolate donut that was still warm! You can't beat that fresh-from-the-oven quality, and it made for a perfect pairing with my latte. The service here was great—the staff was friendly and efficient. I appreciated how quick the whole experience was. I was in and out of the store in no time, which is exactly what you want when you're grabbing coffee and a treat on the go. If you're in the area and need a reliable Dunkin' with good service and quality products, I'd definitely recommend this location. I'll be back!

  Bad experience today went through the drive thru ,I order 2 decaffeinated coffee with no cream r sugar and when I got home both coffees had cream and sugar,I was very disappointed because I usually receive good customer service.
