  This is fr the worst dunkin in the city lol they are always out of everything. Doesn’t matter what time of day you pull up the wait is ridiculous even there’s only one or two cars in front of you. If you order a donut they’re out or unaware that you ordered it.

  I come here a lot during the morning before work, my order is very simple. A medium iced latte with 5 pumps of caramel. I order this before starting my 7am shift. Very disappointing they can’t get a latte right. Always tastes different every time. I continue to go here because the staff is always nice to me. Just sucks that the outcome is never the same. Now I have to be at work with a plain latte which is okay for some but not what I paid for.

  I ordered a I e coffee yesterday April 28 before 3:30 and I picked it up and it had a watery taste like the coffee been sitting for a while

  This is the second time that I order the chocolate box O Joe's, either they dont have the actual box to fill or the machine doesn't work ! This is one of my favorite locations but its annoying that I order online and when i get there they dont have my order. It would be nice to know ahead of time that they cant fulfill it.smh

  I hate how they run things here when it comes to mobile orders. This location has became a running running joke between my friends that you should expect disappointment. Why act dumb or not even apologize/address the confusion when had a sign to go thru the drive thru for mobile orders and front facing doors locked at 10am. And then not even have the order ready after ordering like 10 min ahead 😭😭😭 Embarrassing saying the least. Worst customer service no where else compares.
