- MEMarlen EsbeydaSep 29, 20261.0The worse location in my area. They don’t care about quality of product. I’ve gone back and forth with 2 different employees 2 separate times in the past. The first with a Hispanic lady - my shaken espresso had so much milk and only tasted like milk which she tried to fix by brewing espresso from the DriveThru machine but it didn’t make a different so I told her it’s not right so then she brewed more espresso from the front counter machine over the bad tasting drink so all the ice melted when she handed it to me. I gave up on essentially instructing her how to make a decent shaken espresso. (I believe she’s a manager) The second time with a man that appeared Indian descent - I told him my iced cappuccino was made wrong since it wasn’t blended to crush the ice (this is my go to at every other Dunkin and it’s been blended, even at the oasis) and he told me I was wrong that it’s not a frozen drink which I said NOT frozen but blended to where the ice is crushed. He refused to fix it so that time I didn’t bother going back and forth with him because I realized it’s not one employee, it’s everyone working there that do not care. Today I came to claim my free coffee with my purchase of hash browns and of course I knew something was going to be of bad quality and I received cold stale hash browns and the wrong lid for my cold foam. Can’t wait for the new dunking on 79th to open.

My orders are always big I bring coffee and donuts to work, although I always place my order ahead of time thru the app, they ALWAYS manage to park me and make me wait as if I had just placed the order on the window, That DEFEATS THE WHOLE PURPOSE of ordering ahead of time!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

It’s honestly getting to the point where I don’t want to go. I’m sorry, but with this economy, everyone is struggling and holding on to every dollar. I spend less than 4$ there every time I go, as a treat to myself. It’s every single time I go, someone is there asking for money. I don’t even carry cash. It’s frustrating and it ruins the atmosphere for me.
