The guy at the counter couldn’t understand a thing and they refused to make my coffee right and coffee that I get at other Dunkin’ Donuts like the way I have it made. They refuse to make it telling me they don’t do that when I’ve had it at several Dunkin’ And also my donut was bad. They come off as incomprehensive

The few times I have been in, they've gotten my order quickly, correctly and with a friendly attitude. Not all Dunkin Donuts are created equal, and this one hasn't raised any red flags with me yet.
