  The food was serviced toasted and fresh it taste held a good rating I was very impressed with the title- 6 dollar busy.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at Dunkin’ Donuts. I ordered two $6 meal deals, which should each include a hash brown. However, I was only given one hash brown for both meals. When I brought this to the employee’s attention, she insisted that my order only included one and refused to correct it. I paid $16.41 for my order, and instead of fixing the mistake, she told me I would need to pay an additional $4 for another hash brown. This completely defeats the purpose of purchasing the $6 meal deals. The employee was very rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. I asked to speak with a manager and was told he was “in a meeting.” I then requested a refund, which was also denied. This level of service is unacceptable. I frequent Dunkin’ often and have never been treated this poorly. I expect better customer service and proper handling of orders. Please address this issue and ensure staff are properly trained to handle situations like this moving forward.
