While she was not rude to me personally, I did witness her raise her voice and talk down to a customer for not checking the donut case before ordering (kiosk said check ice cream before, not donuts. She made a simple error anyone would have ). I could tell the teen girl seemed upset and embarrassed. . I'm not sure if they are understaffed or she didn't have a good day... Maybe management needs to provide staff with better support so they aren't as stressed.

I wouldn’t be able to keep it together I think it’s awful the way they are leaving her working all by HERSELF taking all order. Props to her she’s doing an amazing job, but wrong from whoever is managing this Dunkin or there hours. Really? 1 dunkin worker only for the whole night. I’m writing this as I’m waiting for my order not mad at her but at this Dunkin. People keep coming in and I don’t know how she’s managing all this by HERSELF.
