I’ve been here twice and both experiences were the same. The woman taking orders through the drive-thru was difficult to understand, and the older man at the payment window was extremely unfriendly—no hello, thank you, or even basic acknowledgment. I gave them a second chance thinking maybe my first experience was just a bad day, but unfortunately it was exactly the same. Customer service makes a huge difference, and unfortunately, the employees here make the experience feel unwelcoming. I won’t be returning.

That way I can just grab my order and go home with no wait. However the overnight staff at this location ALWAYS starts my order when I pull up to the window and give my name. Why give me the option to order ahead if they hold off on making my order? I’d be better off ordering when I get here. I placed my order 10 min before arriving, when I got here there is nobody in line, and they aren’t working on any orders, so why wait to do mine?
