One of them said, “I’ll be back in a second,” but didn’t come back for five minutes. The customer service is terrible. They also got my order wrong. I definitely do not recommend this place.

They are the only one after security check open 24/7 and so they don't care about customer service at all, and they still get desperate customers. Early AM logner waiting in line, but using mobile app is really belasing. Staff working so hard as i noticed to give you food as quick as possible but it would be good if smiley face on them instead calling loudly with your order number. Imagine if McDonald which is next to it does same way as DD does ? It may be like 'mandi' in india. I NOTICED THAT OWNER DIDN'T EVEN CARE TO RESPOND TO ANY OF THE REVIEW, HE /SHE MUST KNOW THAT WHY WOULD I CARE, CUSTOMWER WILL COME ANYWAYS AS IT'S AIRPORT.
