My parents and brother, who are not fluent in English, were ordering during a stressful delay caused by an emergency flight landing. There were multiple staff present, but one older male employee in particular mocked them and showed impatience instead of basic courtesy. My parents and brother were already dealing with a series of flight disruptions and have health concerns. Dunkin’ was the only open option at that time, so they had to return multiple times for food. Instead of receiving assistance, they were treated disrespectfully. This behavior appeared discriminatory toward non-English speakers and caused significant emotional distress and loss of confidence during an already difficult situation. I request that this incident be investigated, appropriate action be taken, and that I be informed of the outcome.
