- SSSecondOct 5, 20261.0Avoid this place. They are all a ball of idiots besides the one person that gets them orders right. It's like the location was determined to hire every idiot they could find. Ordered coffee and they really sent out a cup of milk and then no lid on the food, someone just balled up a napkin and put it in the food. This is something consistent as well. They strive to get every single order wrong and messed up all the drinks.

Upon ordering an egg sandwich and a mocha latte, I requested an additional egg, which was omitted from the preparation. Additionally, two employees engaged in a conversation regarding drive-through patrons that was audible and inappropriate. Although I attempted to enjoy my beverage while seated, the staff appeared to discourage customers from dining on-site. Finally, I urge Dunkin’ to manage this location with greater diligence. I possess video documentation that could be disseminated across social media platforms at my discretion. I request that appropriate action be taken promptly.

The first time I came here I was told that they could not take any food orders or coffee orders , well that’s kinda pointless considering you’re a coffee shop, the second time I was told that , the machines were down (I’ve been told this on at least 3 separate occasions) and then tonight I was told that they were not accepting any orders until the next shift started which I was told will be at 11pm and this occurred at 10:20 pm this is ridiculously terrible customer service and I will be reaching out to the regional management about this
- CBCarolina BonillaAug 23, 20261.0I went there a few days ago and while I was telling the cashier my order he would ignore me and talk to the other employees, I had to repite my order twice, my order was really simple and he still managed to messed up, I got two hot coffees when I clearly asked for one to be ice, I told him and he said he was going to remake my coffee, when I got my new coffee I could tell that they didn’t even try that was the worst coffee I had ever had , I also told him that he forgot to give me my 4 mini bagels, and after I told him he only gave me 2. I was already irritated, so I just left. Please work on your customer service.
