- LGLynnette GarciaApr 27, 20261.0Hello, I’m writing again to report ongoing unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from an employee at this Dunkin’ location. This is my second complaint regarding the same individual. I am a regular customer, but due to my repeated interactions with this employee, I no longer feel comfortable being served at this location. Previously, I reported that he spoke to me in an aggressive and inappropriate manner, saying “what are you looking at” while I was there as a customer. During a recent visit, while I was inside the connected gas station, the same employee made a loud, sarcastic comment to another customer about “doing a survey,” which felt directed at me and again appeared unprofessional. This is now a pattern of behavior, not a one-time incident. I’m not sure of his position, but regardless of role, this conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the location. I would appreciate this being addressed seriously, as my previous concern does not appear to have been resolved. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Lynnette A Garcia
