I believe they added sugar in my coffee and I didn't want sugar and they put very little cream on it too The customer service is probably the worse as I witness the Hispanic girl with the glasses throwing donuts with the paper on itwhe she was putting back the donuts because a lady was getting frustrated and she had to call a manager to finish with the customer. Sadly this wasn't the first time I witness bad customer service at this location
- LSLuna SAug 17, 20261.0I ordered an egg and cheese sandwich and paid for an extra egg ($1.29). There was only one egg in the sandwich. I called Dunkin’s customer service line to request a refund last Tuesday and I still have not received the refund. I also sent an email and contacted the social media team. The social media team told me the ticket is in que and I would be contacted once it would be processed. The email team did not follow up once I gave them my account information for the refund. This is not the first time this has happened at Dunkin Donuts (other stores I’ve visited make the same mistake). I am requesting a refund of the $1.29 plus tax or any other way they would like to remediate the issue, but so far have not seen any action. Please follow up.

They just gave me an egg and wrap, no veges. Tiny and not worth the money. Worth noting: They offer Kosher food for the community. Very interesting people watching experience. I appreciate Dunkin offering healthier options now besides just donuts... The dining room was dirty. I cleaned the condiment area myself cuz it was filthy.... its just the mom in me I guess! Haha.

My order is ready and she doesn’t even hand it to me instead she puts it down and starts another order??? It’s not that difficult to hand orders and efficiently please hire new people and new staff.
