- KRKelly RAug 14, 20262.0I like Dunkin in general. Best decaf coffee. But this location had a diff menu than what I expect in WI. So I ordered a vegetarian egg wrap. They just gave me an egg and wrap, no veges. Tiny and not worth the money. Worth noting: They offer Kosher food for the community. Very interesting people watching experience. I appreciate Dunkin offering healthier options now besides just donuts... The dining room was dirty. I cleaned the condiment area myself cuz it was filthy.... its just the mom in me I guess! Haha.

My order is ready and she doesn’t even hand it to me instead she puts it down and starts another order??? It’s not that difficult to hand orders and efficiently please hire new people and new staff.
- MMMissSporty07Aug 6, 20261.0I’m honestly tired of this location constantly getting my order wrong. I ordered a medium iced matcha today, and the cup was only about halfway full. It barely had any matcha in it—it was mostly milk with a few chunks of ice. It was completely watered down and tasted awful. The most frustrating part is that this isn’t a one-time mistake. My drinks are made incorrectly here on a regular basis, even though I’m paying full price every time. If customers are paying for a specific drink, they should receive what they ordered, made correctly and consistently. I understand mistakes happen, but when the same issues keep happening over and over, it becomes unacceptable. This location really needs better training and better quality control. I won’t be coming back until they can consistently make orders correctly.
