They gave me regular milk and I have the worse reaction possible. Do not come to this place as their safe standards are low and you will pay the price

This place is closed and locked while I’m trying to pickup my order. Not sure how most Dunkin locations are still in business to be honest. Go to Starbs instead and make it easy on yourself.

Yesterday, I ordered a bagel with butter on the app and when I got to my office there was only one butter packet. Annoying? Yes, but I could understand the oversight with as many orders as they have in the morning. Today, I decided on the same order. This time, when I picked up my food, I looked inside the bag and saw only one butter packet. I kindly asked the staff member for a few more butter packets and he pointed towards the register and said they were 50 cents each. I told him there was only 1 packet for an entire bagel and he confirmed that’s all they give and I could purchase more for 50 cents. Completely unacceptable!
