  My mother frequents this business and today the service was just so nasty. You would think they take the price of the napkins out of the employee’s check by the way they fuss over and complain about the customers asking for napkins. Please do not assume that the customers do not understand you because you’re speaking a different language, you’d be surprised that people can actually be bilingual. If you do not like working a customer based job, maybe find something else.

  My coffee taste disgusting, the banana syrup was nasty so I called to get it remade and the girl told me because I ordered it that way so they won’t remake it and I would be charged for a new drink. I even told her I didn’t drink it and I would bring it back, that was not an option. Worst customer service.

  Jessica and Karen are always so nice to me and make my coffee extra delicious. I work down at the hip mall & they always make our food and coffee fast.

  Went in today to get a Cap, unfortunately the deal wasn't going on for $7 large, but nonetheless, the customer service was great..the young lady hooked my baby boy up, so I had to go ahead and spend some money. 😁😁😁

  I come to this location because it is closest to my job. I come here everyday if not every other day for the same drink. Everytime I come here, the Indian women at the drive thru window ask me to wait in the parking lot for my drink after ordering in the drive thru, even if no one else is in line. Super inconvenient especially when only ordering an iced coffee. This time I couldn’t park in the parking lot due to being in a hurry and I told her sorry I can’t. She told me she doesn’t care about my time she is “running on her own drive thru timer”. Once she handed me my drink she told me to not come back here anymore. I have never experienced such ignorant behavior from a Dunkin’ Donuts employee over an iced coffee.
