- LLLauren Lapetina6 days ago3.0If you’re in a hurry, placing a mobile order might be the best way to get coffee at this Dunkin’. Last week, I went in for a regular coffee and waited 10 minutes while the employee filled two mobile orders for Boxes of Joe and other mobile orders kept moving. My cup was already on the counter with the walk-in orders, but I had to ask for it. After pouring it, she told me they take orders in the order they come in. I understand Dunkin’ handles a lot of mobile and bulk orders, but a quick cup shouldn’t be held up that long. I wasn’t asking anyone to skip every order, just to use some judgment. Starbucks usually manages to pour a single coffee while handling larger orders, and I think that’s a reasonable expectation.
