  I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Dunkin’ on Canal and Roosevelt. I walked in around 4:14, stood there for at least five minutes before my order was even taken, and did not leave until about 4:31 — after waiting roughly 17 minutes total for a simple order of toast. During that time, someone came in after me and their order was started before mine. She did not like her drink either and ended up requesting her money back, all while I was still standing there waiting. When I finally received my toast, it had clearly been re-toasted and was burnt. Instead of acknowledging the delay or making sure the food was acceptable, it was simply placed in a bag as if I would not check it. The customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What made it worse was that the location was not even busy, which made the complete lack of urgency even more laughable. Employees were cleaning, walking around, and taking other orders while my very simple order sat unfinished. There was no urgency, no communication, and no concern for the customer at all. Customer service is clearly lacking here, and I honestly cannot imagine how this location operates when they are actually busy. I requested a refund because the toast was unacceptable. I paid $5.02 on my credit card and was handed back only $5.00, with the employee saying, “It’s only two cents.” That is not the point. If I had been two cents short, I am sure I would not have been given the food because the drawer would have been short. The same standard should apply when refunding a customer. I regularly go to the Dunkin’ on Pulaski and Ogden, and the difference is night and day. At that location, the staff is professional, my food is made correctly, and I’m usually in and out quickly, even when ordering multiple items. This Canal and Roosevelt location needs serious improvement in customer service, food quality, and basic order management. I will not be returning.

  Im a black man and came to this location before work 3 days in a row and the guy at the register was nice and helpful. But, today I came in and the rap music was so loud I could hear myself think . The darkskin heavy weight girl with the glasses walked off and left me at the register fir 10 min then came back with a huge bad attitude and I greeted her with a smile after all that.. I won't be back and will tell family and friends

  Second time coming here the guy taking my order great the female looked me up and down as though she had something in her nose other than the ring in it the customer behind me she treated better even gave her a sample when I asked she just turned her back and walked away, never again!!
