Today was my birthday, and I just wanted to have a good time and treat my family to something from Dunkin. They got my order wrong multiple times. I told them three times that I wanted a Sausage, Egg & Cheese, but they still gave me something else. I ended up having to pay for another one. They also got our drinks wrong. I ordered three frozen chocolates — two smalls and one large — but instead we got three frozen coffees, and my nieces can’t drink coffee. Literally some of the worst customer service. I don’t recommend going there. They also closed early for no reason, so we had to go through the drive-thru.

I'm a regular here, just about every morning during the week. Cold brew, less ice, shot of espresso. Sometimes the line is long, sometimes it moves, sometimes it's creeps.
Lately I've noticed that when a particular employee is working the line rolls at a steady pace. When I get to the window she's already got my drink in her hand, she greets me with a smile, says. "Have a good day" and it's genuine. And it's not just a one day deal EVERY TIME, she's working the line moves fast and I get exceptional service. It's a great way to start the day. The other day I had to ask her name because of how awesome of a worker she is. She looked at me like "uh oh" I had to assure her it was for this positive review. Mariah Thank you! I wish every employee at this Dunkin were just like you! I hope your employees recognize how exceptional of an employee they have! Thanks again for the GREAT customer service.

morning crew specially has just gone so downhill since they first opened. the manger doesn’t care about anything and is so rude. half the time orders aren’t right.. ridiculous.

Very unhappy with the service at this location most of the employees seem miserable. They don’t respond when you order or they have an attitude I went in around 10 AM on a Monday with my son. My pick up order was missing the coffee when I told a women employee she just looked and walked away then came back and asked the name on the order then Just handed it to me. Zero customer service. I asked for a small cup of water for my son. I would have paid for it if they wanted to charge me, but the man just looked at him, looked at me, filled the cup with water and handed it to me. No verbal response. They make you feel very unwelcome. Before leaving, I asked to use the washroom. They gave me the code. I walked into a filthy bathroom at 10am. I didn’t use it I just left. This location needs to up its cleanliness it was disgusting.i wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t clean it from the day before. And it’s a shame because it’s so close to me. I will not be going back again.
