    The service at this location was horrible. I was waiting for my flight and decided to order through the Dunkin' app because this location offers mobile pickup and they have a stand for mobile pick up. After waiting more than 15 minutes with no update, I went to the counter to ask about my order. The first thing the employees did was point to a phone that had been turned off, saying they were not doing mobile orders. If that's the case, why is mobile pickup still available for this location?and why do they have the stand for mobile pickup? Instead of honoring my mobile order, they told me I had to purchase my coffee again at the counter and then request a refund through the app. After paying again, I discovered that the app's customer service is closed until Monday morning, even though this happened on a Saturday. The employees should know that customers cannot get immediate assistance through the app on weekends before telling them to pay a second time. As a result, I ended up paying $25.44 instead of the original $12.72 I immediately asked for a refund for the second purchase, but the employee tried to dismiss me and told me to come back tomorrow. We were at the airport waiting to board a flight, so coming back the next day was obviously not an option. They refused to process a refund in the store. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience with poor customer service and a lack of accountability. I would not recommend buying from this location.

    Worst Dunkin in existence. I ordered a black iced coffee and I explicitly said, no sugar or cream. It came with sugar and cream. I asked for them to pour me another and I waited so long I gave up. I want my $5 back.

    It's standard airport terminal fare. Don't expect to be wowed by the food/drinks. When ordered from the app, the prices are reasonable for a decently standardized set of carbs and caffeine. The staff immediately corrected a missing item in my order which I noticed only after I had walked away. Appreciated the effort.

    Extremely rude staff! The Grab QR order didn’t work and a lot of people got scammed or troubled because of that. The kept saying the manager would show up at 5 am without anyone even trying to contact that person. No recommend at all parituculary if you use Grab QR code

    I put in an online order and then after waiting an extra 15 minutes past the time it should be ready i told them i needed my drinks to which they were saying they never recieved the order. I then had to show them my receipt to which they said "ohh yeah" and told me to wait an additional 5 minutes (it took 10) and then after finally getting it, the oatmilk in the matcha was sour.
