- DGDanielle GreenApr 25, 20261.0I placed a order today at 2:44pm for 1 16in handtoss pizza and 1 8pc Stuff pepperoni for $41.21 I guess the Manager lady with dreads was already having a bad day..but she charge my card 2 times for $41.21 I called the store and was talking to her asking why would u charge my card 2 times when I ordered 1 times over the phone..she hung up the phone on me ..so I came to store and showed her she over charged my card…don’t nobody should have to wait until Dominos close to receive a refund for something they done wrong… so I made them refund all my money back

This has happened to me three times now, learn from my mistakes. Note Doordash and Uber Eats deliver with their terrible Domino drivers, DO NOT order even through apps

After picking up my pizza and getting home I realized I did not receive the drink I ordered with my food. I called the store to simply ask for a refund when I was cut off by the person who answered to ask me if I asked for the sprite. I admitted I forgot to ask but asked him if they are not responsible for double checking the order. He then said no it’s your job to ask for the drink. The whole situation was not a big deal to me but to be talked to disrespectfully and dismissively was.
