  I had one of the worst pizza experiences. I ordered marinara dipping sauce, but received a sweet icing sauce instead. The stuffed cheesy bread was burnt on the outside while the dough inside was still raw and undercooked, completely inedible. See the photos and judge for yourselves. I would not recommend this place at all.

  This is the second time I’ve ordered pizza here and they’ve gotten my order—and my money—wrong. I ask for a 14-slice pizza and they give me a 10-slice one; this has happened twice now, yet they still charge me for the pizza I didn't actually receive.

  Jesus... i just came off of a college send off showcase at Northwestern University and i was heading back downtown to my home exhausted. I stopped by a domino's to buy a pizza before I went home. It's cold and it's currently 12:14 am. i live downtown but as a former DePaul Athletics employee in the past i have been in the area and ordered food. The people working tonight were absolutely immature, unprofessional and abysmal. I ordered food on my phone based off a deal online and noticed the irritation from staff members once I hit send. I just decided to sit and wait for my food to be ready since it was cold and late. I see a small cheese pizza come out. I was hurrying to catch my bus that I was waiting for for a while that was a block away and got on the bus. I realized that my order was wrong. I had a feeling it was wrong before I took the food but the length I was waiting alone I thought there was no way it was. Sure enough Dominos gave me a small cheese pizza with no toppings and that is not what i ordered. Mind you during this time their staff was goofing around, and speaking inappropriately with each other. I tried not to think much of it but was worried if it would affect my food. sure enough it did. When I opened the box when I got on the bus minutes later I realized it was wrong. When I called back a defiant man answered the phone accusing me of asking for a cheese pizza (which I never in my 33 years of life have ever ordered). Then he hung up the phone after berating me. Instead of being humble and apologetic this disrespectful man had the audacity to argue with me and lie at that. He threatened to hang up again but I did before he got the chance. I simply asked for the order number and for a way and confirmation to get the refund receipt for the food and order amount I never got and he got trashy and irate. Whoever is working in the early morning of 12 am on 4/4/26 you should fire because they're disgusting, trashing, lazy and unprofessional. He even attempted to chastise me for calling him "sir" and me saying "respectfully" insinuating that i was being rude... by showing respect? I was genuinely being respectful when this disrespectful man was trying his best to be immature and antagonistic. Take accountability like a grown adult for your shortcomings and purposeful mistakes and stop taking it out on innocent customers late at night when you feel you can get away with it.
