  I visited this store and ordered a medium cup of vanilla ice cream with sprinkles and paid $5.83. I was handed a cup of ice cream without sprinkles and asked that sprinkles be added as I had ordered. I was told I needed to pay extra for sprinkles which I had no problem with until the associate rang me up for an additional $2.40 for sprinkles!!! I still did not complain until I was handed a cup that had a dash of sprinkles added. Instead of disputing the transaction, I asked for slightly more sprinkles and I received a response that I would have to pay another .99. This is when I lost it and showed the woman who was presumably overseeing operations that I was charged $5.83 and then an additional $2.40 for sprinkles. She then proceeded to tell me they rang me up wrong, demonstrated to them how to properly ring up the order and offered me no consolation or refund. While this is not a financial hardship, I am complaining on the basis of horrible customer service and overall feeling scammed.

  Ordered a cake for pick up weeks ago- received a call 2 days before I’m supposed to pick it up saying they don’t have the machine to make the custom cake so they can’t make it. Did not try to provide me with any solution or connect me to a location who could. Basically just said good luck and good bye

  Old lady in front was extremely rude ! I just went in for a New York cheesecake blizzard & asked for extra cheesecake bites, why did this have NO cheesecake bites in every bite I took? I went back inside to ask for more and she was talking shit saying she “blended it in” behind the counter while giving me 5 pieces of cheesecake, still charged me extra though. I’m extremely upset , I always go to the Irving park location & they have been nothing but amazing & are generous with extra portions. I will never come to this location again. I’m extremely Dissapointed. I do not recommend, please save your money & go to a better location that is customer service oriented.

  They let someone steal my uber eats order and refused to remake it and then also refused to answer the store phone.

  The worst DQ experience I’ve had. I was going to order 2 medium blizzards and use the BOGO blizzard coupon on the app. One lady behind the counter said, “no coupons” in a rude tone. I then ordered a twist cone with crunch. She tried to hand me a vanilla cone with crunch and I politely said, “sorry, I ordered twist with crunch.” She rolled her eyes and turned around to double check my order and make the correct thing. She doesn’t say a word and drops the correct ice cream cone in my hand. So much attitude and a massive line. Very upsetting and way too difficult to get a twist cone with crunch. Grumpy grump grumpy
