It was nothing but spring mix with powdered Parmesan cheese. Not kale or actual shaved Parmesan like the photo. Very disappointed. I reached out to the business directly and their response was that they’re “reviewing the ingredients to ensure accuracy”.

To be honest, glancing at the menu beforehand, I thought the prices seemed a touch high—until the food actually arrived. The quality completely justifies every single penny. I ordered the mushroom pizza and the beef brisket sandwich, and both were out of this world. The crust and flavor profile on the pizza were incredible, and the brisket was tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. What makes this place truly special is that it’s owner-operated. You can actually see the owner right in the kitchen putting his heart and soul into every plate that goes out. That level of dedication and care really shows in the food and the hospitality. Whether you’re stopping by for artisan pizza, great sandwiches, or daytime brunch, do yourself a favor and check them out. Hidden gems like this deserve all the support. I’ll definitely be back soon!
