- ARAdam Rosenberg2 days ago1.0Horrible customer service for app pickup orders. Drinks can be ready for 20-30 minutes before they place them on the pickup counter. I have personally experienced this multiple times. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Everyone was in a productive mood, working in a calm and beautiful atmosphere. Even though it’s a coffee shop, I didn’t feel distracted at all — I even saw people having meetings there. That’s why I would call this place a perfect “nest” for remote workers. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a good work-and-coffee spot!

I love how it's always packed & y'all are always talking amongst urself BUT STILL WORKING!!!!!! & speaking clearly & polite & ON POINT with the All CUSTOMERS... (nothing annoys me more then a mumbling person in customer service seriously sounding like Radio or Forest Gump. ) Absolutely Thank Ya & We See YOU !!!! Keep up the Great JOB !!!

Took a star off because I got their seasonal hibiscus lemonade and it was pretty mid flavor wise. I definitely taste the hibiscus, but lacked overall flavor and general drink experience. It was nice to stop by and sit to try out the spot but I probably personally wouldn't actively seek out this place to hang out and spend time here only because of my current experience with the drinks.
