  Great coffee, nice clean place, prices could be lower but maybe that's just the neighborhood. Never had a nice interaction with the staff though. They're not mean or anything. Just not kind or smiling either.

  Waited over 30 minutes for two lattes. It wasn’t busy at all. Got the orders wrong and had to remake which made people wait longer. No sense of urgency and the cashier can’t take orders right.

  Having your business stay open with no running water is disgusting. Send your staff home. Greedy CEOs have no idea how to run a business properly, and how to make a good look for themselves and will gladly ignore health code for a quick buck. If they're willing to skimp here, imagine what else they're willing to cut corners with. Gross!

  Delicious cranberry pumpkin muffin and coffee. Staff were incredibly friendly and great at explaining the menu. Will definitely come back!
