  Didn’t have actual wine glasses. Got a bottle of wine with two plastic cups. Not even plastic wine glasses but disposable plastic cups. Absurd for a winery to not have wine glasses. Should tell your customers this before they order because we would have gone elsewhere.

  The ambience is amazing but unfortunately it takes a really long time to get food. I understand it’s busy but the wait time needs to get figured out. If you’re just grabbing drinks then this place is perfect but it just took way too long for food. Pretty pricey but considering the location that’s probably expected.

  Jevon leads a great group at Riverwalk. All the Riverwalk staff are super attentive but Blanco & Jocelyn are superstars who own the bar and have great customer service. Edwin dropped off my food and took my followup request with all seriousness and set me up for success. Araceli is a ray of sunshine who's always there for you and has a great attitude. Food menu provides great variety and comes out quickly. Delicious 😋 Found out they have a dj every Sunday and Thursday, so today's dj was a vibe and view is stuuuunnning

  Stopped in for a quick glass of wine with my sisters after a lunch cruise at Navy Pier. Host was kinda stuck up and had her nose in the air. She let us know that there were no walk in reservations as they were booked up online. That's understandable, but it's not what you say but how you say it and she was kinda rude. We wanted something cool to drink as it was a warm day though. She informed us there was seating off to the side and we could order at the bar area. No problem. ANYWHO, we were greeted and served by Joseline and Nicole who were very kind, professional and had some great personalities. They were warm and helpful when making our selections to eat and be merry. Also we got to meet Chef Prince who fixed our order when it just wasn't quite right. That added a very personal dash on the almost flawless experience. Only thing I would say is, tell your hostess to treat Everyone with welcoming energy. You just never know who is choosing to dine with you.

  Today's hostess was beyond rude as I was requesting a table that was preferred for our strollers she cut me off and rudely told me to stop, then proceeded to make rude facial expressions (rolling eyes, etc. ) this was quite unfortunate because the rest of the staff was so nice and very prompt. I'd highly recommend retraining hostess staff or vet the behavior of what should be the first interaction of your dining experience. This is the first ever below 4 star rating I've ever given and even then I have to give at least a 2 because the food was decent, beverages were good and other staff was awesome. Ambiance was also great but it felt tainted because of the mood that was set from the start.
