  Staff was rude this evening. Kept trying to rush me without letting me finish ordering food. Asked for a kids quesadilla meal, and the girl literally huffed and made a face to her coworker The picture below is what I received when I got home and opened it up. Also found a giant long hair in my bowl. You guys need to do better.

  Why everytime I have came here they never give you enough meat! I even heard a manager one day training a employee on how to give less and not enough basically! They need a whole new team in there because everybody act like its a crime to give you enough especially for what we are paying. I usually go there and just go back to work but today I basically got like 5 to 6 pieces of meat smh its not acceptable.

  This Chipotle location consistently gets it right. The staff was super friendly, quick on the assembly line, and generous with the portions (didn't even have to ask twice for extra rice). The food was fresh, hot, and delicious—the chicken was cooked perfectly, the guacamole was nice and chunky, and the chips were fresh with just the right amount of lime and salt. The dining area and soda machine station were clean, too. Easily one of the best Chipotle spots in the area. I’ll definitely be back!

  My experience at Chipotle Loyola is always a good one! From the line people carefully making my bowl, to the cashier asking if I need a water cup or vinaigrette, this is my favorite location by far! The cashier Mercedes knows me and other customers by name and sometimes even order! Eva, Erika and Nayeli have made my food on occasion and always serve me with grace and patience. The times I’ve been here in the morning the dining room is clean and the cashier is always on top of keeping it that way. I can’t recommend this place enough!

  Das schlechteste Chipotle, dass wir je besucht haben. Am Eingang würde man von der Ferne angebrüllt, dass das System abgestürzt sei und man nur online bestellen könnte oder gehen soll. Kann passieren, kann man aber auch anders mitgeteilt bekommen. Also online bestellt. Essen dauerte ewig, stand dann nicht bei den mobile Orders, sondern hinter der Kasse auf dem Tresen und man musste mehrfach nach seinem Essen fragen. So stand es dort dann schon etwas und war schön kalt. Obwohl angeblich nur online Bestellungen möglich waren, kamen mehrere Personen vorbei und bestellten ganz normal am Tresen. Kann alles passieren, aber noch angemault zu werden, anstatt den Umstand zu bedauern, also nee. Dazu war diese Filiale noch die dreckigste, die ich je gesehen habe. Alle Tische waren voll mit Essensresten, die so verschmiert und teilweise trocken waren, dass sie da schon länger lagen. Der Boden klebte und überall lagen Reste. Der Getränkeautomat lieferte nur Wasser ohne Sirup. Der Limonadenautomat war bis auf einen Geschmack leer. Es war nicht voll, noch 3 Stunden bis Schließung, warum sich nicht gekümmert würde, keine Ahnung. Eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die wir je gemacht haben.
