- MNMeredith NaderSep 30, 20261.0i get beans rice and cheese on my bowl. that’s it, sue me i’m picky. i’ve been to this location 3 times and have been charged $2 for “extra rice” yet im only receiving a solid scoop and a half. then was charged for getting sour cream and hot salsa on the side? correct me if i’m wrong but i shouldn’t be charged any extra unless i’ve got it on my bowl already. never have i ever been charged for asking for extra rice other than at this location. if i don’t get extra rice, im basically getting no food bc of what i order. i’ve never paid more than $9.95 and i used to go to chipotle around 4 times a week. got charged an extra $7 the other day. $17 for beans, rice, cheese, and sour cream and hot salsa on the side. i’m so sad that this is the only location im close to. never had such an awful experience and never going again.

- BDB DSep 6, 20261.0I’ve eaten at Chipotle dozens of times over the years, and this is by far the smallest burrito I’ve ever received. I ordered a beef burrito for takeout from this location, and when I opened the bag I honestly couldn’t believe the size. Just look at the photo next to a 12 oz Diet Coke can for comparison. I’ve also ordered from Chipotle locations in River North and Hyde Park many times, and none of them have ever served me a burrito this small. Their burritos are usually about 1.2-1.5 times the size of this one. This portion is honestly embarrassing, especially considering what Chipotle charges. If this is what this location considers a full-size burrito, I definitely won’t be ordering from here again.
