- IMI M1 day ago1.0Worst each day. Runs out of everything. Terrible attitudes. Incredulously unprofessional. Friday night, 8/28 at 5pm I came for a honey chicken bowl, they say there cooking the chicken & come back in 10mins. Me and 4 others do so and it’s still not ready. Turns out the manager is prioritizing to go orders so every batch of chicken that comes up is used for to go. Despite the fact that there are now at 5:50pm over 9 people waiting for honey chicken. The manager is hiding. His employees are sloppily scrambling in the back and the line is out the doors. There’s a bts concert at soldier field at 7pm and the incompetence, unprofessionalism means customers have been coming and going without being served for nearly an hour. After being questioned, the nasty unprofessional guy that was on the register comes down to justify why we’ve been waiting for an hour while to go orders are prioritized. He didn’t have any justification. Just excuses and continued unprofessionalism.

I have been to this location 2 times and both times the staff have been extremely rude and unfriendly. They treat people like an inconvenience, not a customers. My girlfriend asked for extra rice because the women serving literally gave her half a scoop. She was then told extra rice would be an additional charge. It literally wasnt even a full serving of rice. I have never been told rice is extra. On top of that it is not a very clean chipotle. All in all a negative experience.
