  Walked in on a Saturday evening. I sprouted a few white hairs waiting in line. Watching the staff was like watching a pack of sloths discover their limbs for the first time. I found solace in replaying that scene from Zootopia in my head. If I could guess you could probably watch the entirety of that movie three times over before they start taking your order, and then once more by the time you finally reach the register. Lost some faith in humanity on this day. TLDR they need to hire more staff and train them to be faster.

  Really disappointing experience today. The restaurant wasn’t even busy.. I was literally one of maybe two customers in line yet somehow I felt rushed through my entire order. The first employee preparing my bowl wasn’t listening to what I was asking for and moved my bowl down the line before I was even finished ordering. At one point, he stopped helping me completely to have a conversation with someone else for a couple of minutes, then came back and continued rushing through my order. The employee who finished and bagged my order was even worse. She was rude, impatient, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by trying to order my food. She basically threw my food into the bag, and when I opened it to eat, sauce had spilled everywhere inside. What makes this so frustrating is that there wasn’t even a line or a rush that would explain why the staff was trying to get me out so quickly. I shouldn’t have to feel rushed while spending my money, especially when I’m trying to explain what I want and the employees aren’t listening. Customer service felt completely nonexistent. Definitely one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Chipotle. I am also a student here and I would come here regularly last year so this was my first time returning since then.

  Tiffany is wonderful. I know it's fast food but we need to make it affordable in this economy. People deserve extra meat . People need to slow down even if someone behind them becomes impatient. I hope it changes. Rice beans and salsa is all in the burrito. Meat portions are small.

  This establishment is clearly understaffed. There's always a lot of traffic here so the dining area usually looks like crap. I don't know what's going on with the food, but it doesn't taste the same at all. The "steak" is very chewy and I threw out half my food because it wasn't very edible. The veggies are often burnt or have burnt bits in it. The steak is bits of fat and chewy bits instead of actual meat. I'm not eating here again. Qdoba is much better.
