I don't know what's going on with the food, but it doesn't taste the same at all. The "steak" is very chewy and I threw out half my food because it wasn't very edible. The veggies are often burnt or have burnt bits in it. The steak is bits of fat and chewy bits instead of actual meat. I'm not eating here again. Qdoba is much better.

The staff was closing an hour and a half early, and threw my bowl in my bag upside down so it leaked everywhere. On top of that, the pico and fajitas were basically gone and they weren’t refilling. I asked. Not a good look for the Chipotle, I’ll take my business to Qdoba next time.

As I was waiting in the line, one of the workers who was obviously serving a group of her friends was giving them multiple samples of food, letting them lean on the glass and eat the food over the hot line. This went on for about 5 minutes, as the line got longer we all just got more disgusted. I decided to leave because the food I was going to order was getting contaminated in front of my eyes

Thank you so much for your great service and especially for so nice and friendly and having a great attitude! Will definitely be back sometime in the future
