  I purchased Tacos and the new guacamole with chili chips( The TM bagged them all together and unfortunately The tacos all three wrapped in a foil causing a leak and the weight of the Canister of Guacamole caused the bag to tear open and I end up with loss. Truly we are under the impression that your TM are trained on bagging your product to bad for me your team member failed me and cost me money. so with that i’m not returning to your location Train your people so that someone that possibly may only have for one meal doesn’t go hungry because of your TM inabilities

  I went into one of their two bathrooms with the keypad code. I walk in and hang my bag and note that they don't have locks on the inside of the restroom. I do my business and as I'm sitting there, some random guy enters the code and opens the door wide open. I yelled at him "OCCUPIED!" He ran out and my husband and kid were sitting in dining area and my husband confronted him that the restroom was occupied and to get out. I come out and start freaking out and crying because I've just been violated because they don't have a lock on the door. My husband called customer service and he feels very dismissed as they weren't able to give him any information and just took his information and said he'll get an email as soon as possible. I'm traumatized and after this experience, I was shaking and crying as my husband had to console me. TAKE US SERIOUSLY AND GET LOCKS FOR THAT RESTROOM DOOR!

  dear god. i went in at 8:35 and was the only person in line but still waited 5 minutes before anyone came to help? a line was forming behind me and the worker who had finished with the last person being helped just stared into space tracing his fingers on the counter that was becoming really dirty… finally i’m helped and i ask for brown rice. i get very little because it’s empty. i ask for steak and it’s the bottom of the bowl. i ask for lettuce and again it’s empty. i’m the only person in line the drive thru window hasn’t opened the entire time im there WHY are all the containers empty. as i walk out i notice the floor is FILTHY i understand a dinner rush may have came but there were enough people behind the counter just standing around that could’ve cleaned it was so gross… also everytime i come to this location a series of bad events go off as soon as i leave. somethings wrong with this place both business-wise and spiritually

  The last few take out orders, my family have discovered the black beans have become extremely spicy. Like mouth on fire, spicy! Did the recipe change suddenly? If so, please return to the previous recipe. Otherwise, please label the black beans as SPICY on your menu.
