- TTTravis3 days ago2.0There’s a reason this place has such bad reviews. The cold was cold as hell. I asked for no lettuce but the guy making my burrito mixed a bunch of lettuce with the cheese from just being sloppy when scooping them. I asked him if he can change his gloves after making someone else’s and touching their money and he got an attitude. I don’t want someone touching money to touch my food. When I asked for cheese he scooped up a bunch of lettuce mixed into the cheese. I asked if he can pick that out as I asked for no lettuces. He told me I can do it myself lol. So I left without taking it. I know fast food is a hard job and I was being very polite imo and not being unreasonable. There’s a reason the reviews here are horrible. I can’t see myself stopping there ever again.

One person did my order, another did the toppings and 3rd checked me out at the register all 3 of them were exemplary and very kind. I love south loop but they put more emphasis on the happy/friendly side here

There is hardly ever any napkins, or utensils in stock the trash is forever flowing out of the trash can over the garbage counter. Food is always fresh here dont get me wrong but the place can use a good cleaning.
