  August 26 2026 I went into the restaurant I had a free chip in my email in the day the indicate that you needed to purchase something in order to get the free chips so the gentleman at the register I showed him my email what's his name was Yesenia! So he looked at it and had a like puzzle look on his face wasn't sure what to do so he was like let me see what's going on with this that you showed me so he walked away he came back and what a disposition attitude looking at my phone saying to me talking condescending to me saying oh you can't just show me this phone and think I know what you're talking about and you supposed to download the app and are you supposed to buy something in order to just get some chips for free reply back I replied back don't speak condescending to me !! like that and I said do you see anywhere where it says that you have to purchase something in order to get the free chips so he looked and he changed his whole demeanor and said you're right no it doesn't so I went on to say well I'll just order a bag anyway I'm on ordering the bag of chips I was almost certain that the sauce came with it because I have ordered it and he went no it don't and I say well okay how much it cost it's $2 and something again so at this point I just felt like he was letting off too much attitude with me so I told him to cancel my order he did when he got his supervisor to cancel the order and I heard something to the effect of him saying that I was canceling the order cuz I couldn't get the free chips or something willing to buy the chips just needed to him to explain to me and not get an attitude!!!

  As someone who rarely dines out for lunch, I promised to leave a review on the superior customer service, quality meal & all around positive experience I had today. My order is very specific as I prefer for certain ingredients not to touch, the young lady making my bowl assured me it wasn’t an issue & took time adhering to my requests. I will be back, everyone had smiles & good energy too.

  I try not to order from here; in the event I do it’s by need and I still regret it. Every time I place a digital order, the portions are ridiculously small. Burrito bowl, and it isn’t even close to the rim of the bowl. I asked for double veggie fajitas, and it’s almost as if they purposely put less than the standard amount - remember I asked for double veggie fajitas. Chicken serving, forget it, almost nonexistent. I work down the street, and there aren’t many healthy options in the area, but if it comes down to this, I’ll starve at this point.

  I went in today for their school spirit BOGO entre deal and there were SO many people the parking lot was full and the line was out the door. But that line moved FAST! The kitchen and counter were running like the navy oh my god. I got my food in about 30 minutes which is crazy since I walked in at 6:00 in the heat of the dinner rush. They even ran out of my protien while they were filling my second bowl, and I assured the girl I would be fine with something else but she just smiled and said they had just brought more so I ended up getting fresh carnita meat right away! Very efficient and impressive. Not to mention, the vibes were great in there! The deal brought a lot of families and young adults wearing their old college merch, so people were chatting and smiling. The music was bumping and all the staff were positive and professional. They were still serving good portions too, and the girl at the register was very friendly and sweet! All in all, a great experience at my local Chipotle today and I will be returning!

  Worst chipotle. Filthy dirty all the time. Trash piled over trash cans, food sprinkled all over the floor, work stations are spilling over into each other, they kept dropping side lids in the guac. I think I saw an employee use their bare hands to pry the lids out...slowest service I've ever seen. Two people standing at the register with the slowest person making the food. Staff all deserves to be laid off
