- DMDaniel MountinAug 20, 20262.0This location on Lawrence is super inconsistent. The portion size is smaller than any chipotle I’ve been to. The burritos often fall apart after one bite. I’m often met with the “gen z” stare. Tables are not clean.
- ARAdrian RiveraAug 20, 20261.0I went there a couple of nights ago around late 7'oclock. I just wanted my bowl and get out so I stood in like for an employee to come and it took a couple of minutes with another person behind me. Then I ask for a bowl and as soon as the first worker hands the bowl to the other worker, the dude immediately has an attitude towards me and when I asked for a little bit extra pico in the nicest way possible. He visibly looks annoyed and puts 2 little pieces of tomatoes on there 😭. Then when I was trying to pay I give him a 20 when he give back the change , he proceeds to throw it on the counter and I have to pick it up the change. Finally when I asked for a bag he took it out and refused to hand it to me and I had to reach over the counter for it. My experience was not the best and the Asian employee needs to get retrained or flat out fired on how he treated me. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. The food was pretty good though, I can't lie about that lol.

I asked for 2 bowls w honey chicken and the worker gave me DRY old stale scraps on one and gave me plain chicken on the other which i didn’t ask for. He could’ve communicated with me if they didn’t have the honey chicken anymore like any other HOSPITALITY worker would but he didn’t. He then proceeded to slick talk crap about me w the girl cook because I wanted a refund. They proceeded to not even give me the right refund. If you want people talking bad about you while you’re the reason they get paid this is the place to go. Their crew is a joke. I should’ve known it was a red flag when he DID NOT wash his hands and sanitize them after cleaning the tortilla press and touching other stuff🤮.
