    I online ordered a chicken burrito that ended up being mostly rice and very little chicken. The tortilla wasn’t even warmed up. Never going to this location again despite it being a short walk away.

    I've had repeated bad experiences at this location, all with the same cashier. He is a young guy with black hair and a silver chain who always seems to be working the register when I come in late night, around 10 PM. The first time, I asked to pay part cash and part card. He and another employee spent over five minutes trying to figure it out, and when they couldn't, the manager told me I was good to go. The cashier argued with him right in front of me, saying something along the lines of "Shouldn't he have to pay?" When I came back moments later for my forgotten wallet, he said something like, "Are you here to pay the rest? You're lucky you didn't have to pay." I didn't find that amusing after standing there for over 5 minutes. It was rude and he should've kept it to himself. Another visit, when I asked for the same split payment, he muttered something along the lines of, "You don't have enough money?" On a different night I came in around 10 PM (they close at 11) and he muttered something like, "You have to come earlier." Most recently, when I asked to split my payment again, he rolled his eyes, rolled his head sideways, and sighed directly at me before taking my payment. At that point I spoke up. I told him I understood it was late, but that's no reason to be rude to customers. His response was something like "but I know you," since I'm a regular there. I told him I'm a paying customer like anyone else and deserve basic respect. He just said "Was I being rude?" in a dismissive tone and never apologized. An employee with a clipboard, who I assume was a manager, watched the whole exchange and said nothing. Making rude remarks and giving attitude at the register makes customers feel like we're the problem, like we're somehow inconveniencing him when ringing up customers is his job and I'm just trying to pay for my food. I wished him a good night and left. I won't be returning to this location. I also noticed another recent review describing a poor experience with this exact same cashier. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope management addresses it, because customers should not be treated this way.

    I came in tonight and all was fine until I went to the register and the young man working asked if I wanted chips. I said yes and he rolled his eyes and grabbed a bag of chips and dropped it on the counter. He then asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes. He didnt hear me and then rudely repeated the question. Even though there were bags right in front of him he said he would get one from the back and didnt come back for a minute. I was shocked and felt like I was at one of those restuaruants where the gimmick is that they treat you terribly. I am usally forgiving when it comes to people in the service industry but tonight I felt like I was given terrible service after asking for the bare minimum. (Edit. I am not able to further contact chipotle as this store address doesnt show up on the site)

    Place is going down hill fast. Need a refresher on food safety. Walk in and get ignored by the two kids behind the line talking to each other. Then the oblivious employee holding a dirty mop finally decides to help and goes straight from the mop to touching the inside of my bowl without changing his gloves. Then he’s shocked when I walk out. Disgusting

    I saw the reviews about portion sizes and decided to take a gamble since this location was convenient. I walked in and started ordering my usual and the manager was breathing down the employee's neck telling him not to put too much meat on. I already knew this wasn't starting off very great. As I'm leaving the store, I'm wondering why my order was $1 more than all the other Chipotle's around me. Then I realize they never gave me a receipt. I remember seeing a slew of receipts at the register like they are intentionally not giving them out to avoid feedback to corporate. I get home and of the 6 pieces of meat one of them is either bone or cartilage. I felt like the whole interaction was like going to a shady mechanic trying to screw over the customer. I miss the old chipotle when managers weren't trying to pinch every penny and ruin the customer experience.
