  Not ran very well when I went. It’s like they don’t have management at all by the way every table was dirty, the drink station was a mess, floor was dirty, and counters has food everywhere! Very dirty and lack of professionalism

  They opened the doors till 7 min later. Stand in line for 5 min before someone started making my order. Guess what they didn’t have steak even though at this point they opened 14 min ago. Went with chicken. Then after the bowl was made stood in front of the register for 15 min. Waiting for the manager to open the register. At this point they been open for 30 min and just opened the register. The manager tells me my total and that’s all. No sorry for the long delay or anything. Acting completely normal what a joke of a manager. Oh have to love the leftover guacamole from yesterday. Paying a premium price for day old guacamole isn’t ideal eithe. Overall chipoltie should be embarrassed with the store and the manager obviously can’t do his job.

  This was really a bad experience for me. They only had half of the ingredients that I order and the staff were rude. There were bugs crawling on the wall and a lot of chaos taking place.

  I usually like this location. But, tonight was very disappointing. Not only is their menu about $2 more per item than other area Chipotles, but they are consistently out of one item or another. Tonight, they were out of steak. But, I saw an employee chopping some up on the prep table, a lot of it, actually! I mentioned that to the lady working the counter and she said, "Oh, that's for the online orders, sorry." The staff here are generally kind and hard working. Just such a shame that Chipotle prioritizes online orders over in person guests. Felt very off. I almost walked out, but they already started with the bowl and I felt bad. So, I got something else. Not ideal at all.

  I NEVER write reviews , but I have been moving all week and all I wanted was some chipotle for dinner. They gave me a comical amount of meat , rice and beans , and also got the beans wrong but wasn’t even worth the argument. I’m so mad I even spent any money on this bowl. I used to come to this location all the time with no problem but rather get cava next time.
