  Food was good but service okay but facility was dirty, tables were not cleaned. No bathrooms for men's and women. When asked they said both bathrooms needed plumber. That was odd to have both bathrooms not working condition. I would not recommend this restaurant

  They really need to reconfigure their pick up area. I always order ahead because I work nearby. The pick up is right near the check out… it gets congested, no one acknowledges you waiting there so you wait a while to simply be given your order. It defeats the purposes of ordering ahead. Also i have experienced multiple instances where I was missing items from my order. If something isn’t available I should have the opportunity to select a replacement.

  Decent Chipotle with nice staff, but frequently runs out of ingredients; especially cilantro lime and some protiens. Makes me want to either not visit or travel to another location.

  The one great thing is the food is fresh and you can have the toppings you desire.

  went in this location per usual .. there are some children that I often provide meals for due to the mom not being in the greatest condition right now. I was profiled and treated poorly by the actual GM! Angel Moreno instead of being pleasant / kind he was very rude and sarcastic. I was denied fresh steak he claims was from the same batch when i told him i preferred fresh meat he put the old stale meat into the fresh and gave it to me anyway and decided to argue to make his point . As a general manager i didn’t expect such childlike petty behavior. but that’s not all .. when i originally placed my order the line prep stopped to go whisper to the GM and the GM stoped to come fix my order ONLY as if i committed a crime for ordering 3 kids meals w/ additional shell. I honestly believe because the children were not present they decided to ASSUME otherwise questioning my order and re- inforcing the price as if I was attempting to get over. As a blk woman it was interpreted as if I couldn’t afford to pay or or extra. As a buisness professional, actress and buisness owner i felt very disrespected ! Embarrassed ! Instead of returning the same energy I decided to comment under this post. I was NOT treated fairly but made out of a spectical! I find it pretty amusing the way i was handled while i watch others ( non- AFAM ) different treatment ! clearly it was biased. Doesn’t matter what I order I never agreed NOT to pay! I visit this establishment all the time and live in the community! Always order the SAME thing! Never a problem but tonight I’m utterly disgusted the way I was handled. The sarcasm, the profiling, the treatment as if I was beneath affordability! Totally unfair, rude and a disgrace to humanity! Angel & his team should be re- trained !! immediately and humbled at the same time! GM or not ! Totally unacceptable behavior from so called management. It’s NOT what you do but HOW you do it !!!
