- CCCar Key Central2 days ago3.0This location used to be great but now they have employees that are either severely undertrained or deliberately under portioning bowls and sides. Just as a basic example - sides of queso or cilantro lime sauce in the cup are supposed to be 4 ounces (filled up) and yet I’m starting to consistently receive half to under half filled containers and I’m looked at cross eyed when I ask it to be filled completely. They have a new boy on the line who doesn’t pay attention and you have to straight up go to war to get proper portions. When asking for extra of anything he will do a full scoop then do the smallest scoop imaginable to try to appease you. I ended up asking for extra rice 3+ times and still wasn’t happy with the portion. I don’t know why management lets obvious things like this fly. I’d like to say I absolutely love the chipotle brand and eat it multiple times a week but I cannot in good faith recommend this particular location anymore. Go down the road to any of the other nearby locations.

One time they were making chips while I was in line and the oil was pitch black! Honestly the most disgusting location and why I stopped eating chipotle.

I was the only customer so there was no reason for this but, right when the guy was starting to make my food another employee with a rag in his hand told him to move the foil and the tortilla. So before he makes my food the other guy is cleaning the counter. It was so dirty that rice and stuff was falling into the beans. And there was so much crap built up it took a while. They could have waited 30 seconds till my food was made, but I guess employees come first. Remember, either you are cleaning or you are making food. You cannot do both at once.
