I have come in at different times and still the same thing. Management at this location must do better! They should be monitoring the levels of food routinely and prepping accordingly.

Got my steak and chicken bowl as planned, also saved my BOGO coupon. A win is a win! I did noticed they needed refills, but that wasn't a bother.

Probably 50 of the bowls were mine and another 30 or so were for UChicago MSOC. 10/10 for Hashon. Give the man a raise

It’s 4pm on a Sunday and you tell me it’s out for the day???? Worst part is they have tomato for the online order, sitting right there, but ppl dine in can’t have it??? Never experienced this ever. And the wait time the staff were like half asleep throwing me all sorts of attitude. Even Coke on the soda machine is out. No efficiency, no service, not even a right order. I wish the management sees this review and do something about it. This is Sept 6th 4pm.
