  The worst. Never has a full line. And was told I couldn’t order a quesadilla at the line after waiting for 10 minutes in line. Close this location such a bad representation of the band

  I came in at 9:10pm, a full 50 minutes before the restaurant’s 10:00pm closing time. I asked for a bowl with a tortilla on the side, and the employee asked me to repeat the order three times. She made the bowl but left out the tortilla entirely. When I asked for fajita veggies, I was told they weren’t making any more, again a full 50 minutes before close. I then asked for guacamole, since it comes standard with a veggie bowl, and was told the same thing. I asked if I could get a discount since I wasn’t able to get most of the items that should’ve come with my bowl, and was told no. I don’t think it’s reasonable to charge full price for an incomplete meal, especially when the shortage was avoidable this early before closing. I’ve worked in restaurants for 8+ years, and closing down food prep almost an hour before close isn’t standard practice. Customers who arrive during normal business hours should still be able to order from the menu advertised.

  Dining area is ALWAYS a hit messy. I have to ask them to clean the tables everything I go. The food is okay, but the staff have terrible attitudes...

  every time I go the wait is easily 20-40 minutes, they always forget items like sides, chips, drinks and/or ingredients for food (for example i ordered tacos with a couple things and then i get home and they only had the meat, beans and rice and nothing else and of course no chips in the bag) they run out of stuff all the time like rice, they are clearly incredibly understaffed, since they cant keep up with the demand, but what they do prepare takes forever and then is disappointing when you finally get it

  It was one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle restaurant. As I approached the line, I noticed that no one was greeting me or offering assistance. I waited in line for approximately four minutes before someone finally asked me how they could help. I informed her that I wanted a bowl with white rice, but she abruptly walked away from me and never returned. I overheard the staff discussing that she had taken a break. Not spending my money here again.
