  There are always long lines and not enough workers so prepare to wait at least 20 minutes to get your food. It’s a 50/50 chance they will be out of fajitas or something else no matter when you go.

  Why is it that every time I try a chipotle in Chicago they never open on time??? long line sitting in front of the establishment that claims to open at 10:45 am but doors still locked after 11am. Completely unacceptable for a place that's going to charge me 20$ for a burrito and drink.

  Unfortunately, I have to rank Chipotle in Hyde Park very very low. The new "young crew" who is working there are messy all around. Please I you are the owner and you are reading this review, please step in and correct this problem... I purchased the chicken burrito today and it was messy the meat wasn't diced up nicely like all other Chipotle restaurants. It didn't even look appealing. The counter was a mess with spilled food all over it. There has been many times in the past two months I've gone there and the crew says there's no beans, no vegetables, no chicken... How does a food restaurant run out of their main ingredients at 1 pm in the afternoon??? The Chipotle in Hude Park is not being managed well at all. Please Management team and Owner of this franchise help!!!

  This Chipotle has really gone down hill. Went there tonight, and their signature flavored lemonade was totally unavailable. At the register I asked if they had any other drinks besides the fountain drinks and the woman working the register said No. But then she walked away to get something in the back and I saw a whole fridge behind her with drinks in it. I was like, “Are you selling those?” She goes, “oh, yeah.” Then when I got my food….it tasted horrible….it was as if nothing was salted. It’s like they ran out of salt and didn’t say anything…the beans had no salt. The rice had no salt. The guac had no salt! Strangest thing ever! I should have asked for my money back. Instead I just drenched it in hot sauce to make it taste better. Plus the whole place just looked messy and dirty. Oh and when I got the kids meal for my daughter, the “fruit” was a tiny, hard as hell cutie orange that couldn’t even be peeled it was so hard. I took it back and was like can I have the chips instead? At least they didn’t give me a hard time and just swapped it out. But that’s when I found out that even the damn chips had no salt! 🤦🏻‍♀️

  THE WORST CHIPOTLE IN THE WORLD! They never want to remake nothing and they still have a hour left before closing! This is the 4th time I have drove over here and they have stopped making food. I’ve been to many chipotles and never experienced this in my life
