  This place is going downhill. Went on a Saturday afternoon, the guac was brown and I got home with the stalest chips I’ve ever had! Make sure you test your food before leaving. I tried ordering online once and got home with a completely incorrect order. Never again

  This chipotle location sucks compared to the one next to berwyn station, the portion sizes here are absolutely terrible, paid 10 bucks and my bowl was 1/4 full and weighed 400g with the foil on. One thing for the chipotle app, please let me choose which location I order delivery from.

  I don’t mean to be one to criticize generous portion sizes, but when I make my bowl I ask for light lettuce because I like the crunch but if I wanted a salad I wouldn’t be eating at Chipotle. I promise you every time I ask for light lettuce I get the biggest handful I have ever seen. Like more than if I just asked for regular lettuce. Am I in the universe where light lettuce means 3 handfuls? Additionally it would be cool if I was greeted with a “hi what can I get for you” instead of a “what do you want?” Occasionally but I also work in the service industry and I also hate my job/life so I empathize Never had a bad bowl there tho.

  Payton needs a raise. I asked the name because of the phenomenal service and how attentive he was with not just me, but with all other customers. His attitude was also positive and productive and made the experience very great.
