  Not sure why the guac tasted store bought at this location, looked like it too. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the employees actually enjoyed their jobs. Went in around 1:20pm, place was not busy. Employees act annoyed that they actually have to work. One person was assembling the bowls I ordered, and 3-4 employees were standing near the register literally staring at him do it. Not a friendly atmosphere at all. The cashier could use some training in customer service. It shouldn’t feel like I’m burdening you with my order. God forbid someone wants to add something else at the end of an order. Attitude for no reason. Don’t rush paying customers. Makes me want to take my money somewhere it’s actually appreciated.

  Came in at around 3:30pm and the Hispanic girl with the dyed hair was incredibly stingy with the food and was giving attitude the whole time. She kept giving above average portions and would give me an irritated look. Horrible service. Please train your employees better. No other chipotle has ever been this rude. I can see why this particular location is rated so low.

  If I could give the food a negative rating or a zero I would! I went into this chipotle on my way home and I walk in and it seemed chill and then it’s my turn in line and the employee that helped me with my bowl wasn’t necessarily disrespectful but was what felt like rushing me and I work in a fast food chain just as this one and I know when there’s a rush and things are stressful, but it was 10:00pm there was 2 other people in there other than me so there was no need to rush. Now onto the important part, THE FOOD!! I walked in and the first thing I notice is how the beans look like just a big pool of soggy nasty beans both black and pinto, the guacamole is quite literally brown and not the okay normal guacamole brown it was extra brown and I wish I took pictures, there was little to no white rice that looked edible and the brown rice looked very off as well, so as I’m ordering and making the bowl I’m regretting coming because I can tell based off the whole line of employees and the entire appearance of the restaurant’s front line, back line, prep area, grill it all was so messy and dirty and just overall disgusting. The food tasted weird so I didn’t even finish it, I get chipotle a lot and never have I never seen or felt this way after chipotle. I got home and I finally ate it I couldn’t finish it and not even 20 minutes goes by and I feel like I just have to puke and really disgusting until at one point I start projectile vomiting, and then again, and I puked about 6 times in a row and I’m pretty sure I got every last bit of the chipotle out of my system and once I did I felt so much better. Overall the employees gave off disrespectful, the cleanliness gave trashy, and the food gave trashy. This is the one and only location of chipotle I will not be returning to because that was just insane and unacceptable. I wonder how many others have gotten sick eating from this place.

  Best ever after waiting in the long line today the workers was nice and kind especially the lady who made my burrito thank you 🙏
