  If I could leave zero stars I would. I am unbelievably dissatisfied with the ineptness and inconsistency of this location. I have been coming here for four and a half years, and I would genuinely estimate that 60% of my experiences have left me extremely dissatisfied. I hate how inconsistent this location is compared with other Chipotle restaurants. This store is consistently underperforming and has honestly become one of the most frustrating parts of my day when I stop in. I find myself leaving frustrated more than half the time I visit, coming from someone who is generally very easy to satisfy. I continue coming to Chipotle because, compared with many of the other fast food options in the area, it offers a relatively healthy and customizable meal. Unfortunately, this particular location repeatedly fails to deliver the basic level of consistency and service I expect from the brand. Today was another example. The young female employees preparing my bowl significantly under scooped the chicken to the point that the bowl was essentially a vegetarian bowl. I also clearly asked for corn salsa and hot salsa, yet she added a hefty scoop of medium salsa instead. I never asked for medium salsa. The medium salsa was enough to completely ruin the bowl for me. I actually took the bowl across the street to Trader Joe’s and gave it to a homeless person because I did not want to eat it. The inconsistency is especially frustrating because every time I come into this location, there seem to be entirely new faces working there. The constant turnover, inconsistent portions, mistakes with orders, and lack of attention to what customers are actually requesting make me question whether management is doing an adequate job running this restaurant. At this point, please find a new manager for this location. Something clearly isn’t working. I don’t expect perfection. I expect a reasonable portion, my order to be prepared correctly, and a consistent experience. After four and a half years of coming here, it’s incredibly disappointing that I can walk into another Chipotle and have a completely different-and significantly better-experience. This location needs a serious change in management and accountability.

  The staff at this location happened to be very friendly! Would recommend. The cashier, a blonde emo chick was really nice and made my day. Overall it was a very friendly experience.

  To the employees working today (7/23) at around 5pm, I love you. That was the best steak burrito I’ve had at any Chipotle in Chicago. I appreciate you guys
