- MRMelody RiveraAug 3, 20261.0After ordering in the app for some odd reason the promotion for the free chips wouldn’t go through. The reward read that all I needed was a $5 or more purchase but it took the chips off & didn’t make it apart of my order. I just decided to explain what happen when I picked up. Team member Ore was very rude & had no customer service skills whatsoever. He threw the bag of chips on the counter & walked away as if I did him wrong in someway. As a service industry employee myself I was very taken back. Even his own coworker said that was rude as I walked away. I got my food & it was unusually a smaller portion then I have gotten in previous orders from this same location. But when I went back into the restaurant to get his name he would NOT tell me his name. The GM Remiro was kind enough to step in & apologize for the his poor service, gave me the guys name & handed me his business card. This location can do without the service of Mr. Ore. He acted as if he had done nothing wrong but yet wouldn’t give me his name. I’ll probably never order from this location again because of my experience with this rude, unkind & unprofessional employee. My younger self would of handled this experience a lot differently however, I hope this review reaches the proper people in the corporate office.
