  If I could give 0 stars I would. This was my 1st n last time ordering from this location. If I had known it was this location, I wouldn't have ordered from there. I place an order online. Was supposed to have received it at 12:58pm. Perfect, my lunch time. It's after 1pm, still nothing. The driver starts communicating with me. She's been waiting there for over 15 min. They gave my order away, my name was No longer in their system. She told me the location. I called them, I couldn't get pass the automated system, it kept saying to go online, no one from the store was going to answer the call basically. I went through the app to try to get my refund. They finally connected me to a live person, still texting. I had to go through a lot to get my money refunded back, because they didn't feel, them giving my food away (Free Food) to someone was important enough to answer the phone!! What a joke!! Definitely will Not be spending any of my money at this location!!!!

  My daughter and I stopped by today and their staff were stopping customers at the door stating they no longer had food. It Friday at 5:45 pm, and it’s still day light. Ridiculous!!!! Corporate needs to know this.

  For starters it’s never nothing ready no food at all. The customer service is horrible you will wait in line almost 15 minutes to get told it’s another 15 minutes wait on rice or chicken horrible service why not make announcements if your gonna have ppl waiting so damn long

  They bowls might not be healthy to others but to me it is also it's very filling. I eat this sometimes when its one those days in busy or just out after a smoothie. So ill say this then a healthy smoothie. My fav is the chicken n the recent new honey Chipotle

  Always out of something on the line. Music blasting in the restaurant all the time. The employees can barely hear your request. With as many employees they have, running out of certain items is ridiculous. (Lazy) (don’t really want to work) the only faithful customers at this location on a regular basis or CPD. And they will eat anywhere there’s a discount. Go to another location. Straight like that! And to the owner….no need to send a response or a reply when you see this. Get your GM involved and DO SOMETHING!
