There usually is a wonderful sweet older woman running the line, who always greets you with a smile and gives the right portions. However today I went for my lunch break and was suprised to see the sweet older woman was replaced by a much younger woman, with no smile, would not return my greeting after I smiled and said hello. Not only that she would not speak a single word to me while preparing my food, nor make any eye contact. I got my usual order as always and was very disappointed to see that the portion sizes were maybe 1/2 of what I usually receive at that chipotle location. It really just seemed like this young woman did not want to be here, and couldn’t care less about paying customers meals. I’m not worried about going back to this location fearing I’ll be wasting $13 on half of a chipotle bowl. Bring back the sweet older woman!!

My bowl tasted fresh and the cashier even exchanged my chips for me with no problem (the first bag tasted a little blan to me; all tortilla chip and no lime or salt). At the end of it, everything hit the spot. I’m glad I stopped in.

Since my bowl was not filled with the meat to my liking and was missing guacamole which was unsatisfying along with the service. The girl that assembled my bowl did not let me know the extra charge of food which she did not provide very good. This place over charges and does not have good customer service as the employees don't seem to care about the customer's satisfaction.
