  The worst service ever. Don’t come here for 7 months and am reminded why when I arrive. I’ve had multiple occasions with different employees who won’t even speak to you or ask what you want while ordering then arrive horrible portions and don’t care at all about wrapping burritos remotely well. Clearly no one is in charge here and the staff is horrific. Won’t ever go back

  This Chipotle is not good. They've under cooked rice and over cooked meat. You have to watch them when they put in the ingredients because they will not put everything you asked. They also underscoop protein. I've had to wait so many times at this place because staff is always joking around in the back. I try to avoid this one when I can.

  Service was horrific. I couldn’t even finish ordering my bowls & ingredients before the rude cashier continuously interrupted to ask me questions that could have waited . Mind you it’s 7:30pm & I’m the only one in line so no need to rush. The gentleman was already having trouble collecting my order let alone this rude individual (“Shantel”, the name I was given) interfering. The terrible & uncalled for attitude continued even durning my payment process . She was so anxious to collect my payment & final order & yet still forgot my drink. I go to the river north location continuously and I never have these issues. You should act accordingly with your current 7pm-8pm staff. It seems to be a serious issue. I watched the woman ahead of me have none of these issues. Maybe it’s my shade of skin. I’ve worked in the food management industry for a while. I always show grace & im polite. So im far from the problem. Regardless of what actions you take. I will never be returning to this location. Find individuals with some better moral values & etiquette for your staff. Call the river north location for some advice if necessary. Bless you all

  In line ordering has been fine the real letdown here is if in a hurry after work and order in app for pickup on way home youre playing russian roulette. Yesterday's example we paid for two tortillas only received one, the portions in the bowl were half the size normally received in line. This is just the most recent example, sometimes it works others it doesn't, just a lack of consistency when ordering for pickup at this location.

  Some employees are nice, but there are also really weirdly passive aggressive employees that almost make it their job to try and ruin your day with their petulant attitudes. I've spent probably well over $10,000 at this location over the course of my time in the neighborhood because of convenience but after another passive-aggressive episode (it's a series, at this point) from a usual suspect, I'm done. I'm an easy customer and I reciprocate respect levels appropriately because I used to work in food service. I literally just want a burrito but I find myself in this weird cold war with some of the straight up clowns here. I feel sorry for the employees that aren't nightmares who have to work alongside the problem child ones.
