I try to just come in and get out asap, because the line workers are so miserable. I would say there’s the blonde lady cashier who is nice, and the male manager who wears the polo. Yes, he is Latino and yes she is the white one. Let’s just get that out of the way lol. It has nothing to do with the review but I find it funny that these two seem to be the only two that I get the hustle vibe from, and that’s good work ethic. Respect. Tonight, I walk in and the tall guy (the tallest one there) is behind the line. He has mobile tickets. He doesn’t even look up when I walk in. Not even when I start to approach the glass. Doesn’t look up. Once. He makes the orders, then fumbles around with one of the pans and goes around looking to refill it. Busybody type stuff. Doesn’t say a word to me. There’s still mobile tickets to make. By this time, people start to come in and one of them goes to the register to pick up. HE GETS A HELLO AND GETS ACKNOWLEDGED. (He’s… black. Maybe they get special treatment here at this location?? Sorry, had to pull that card. He literally starts making conversation with and gets his stuff together for him!) Meanwhile, I’m still waiting. The tall guy finishes with the other guy, AND THEN PROCEEDS TO GO TO THE BACK WITH DIRTY DISHES. What in the actual… I then speak up. **hey, can anyone help me??** The line lady who is cleaning the grill looks up. Who also hasn’t said hello… and she says something. The tall guy GETS THE BLONDE LADY TO COME UP. She’s the cashier. She isn’t the one making burritos. How the heck… she’s the cashier, dude. DUDE, you tall one, you’re going to have to eventually TAKE MY ORDER. He finally does. And throws my food together into the bowl. I’m like, wow. This is why chipotle is going downhill. We throw money at you guys and spend good, well earned money, and you guys give us this shit. Chipotle, do better.
