  DO NOT go here go to EDGEWATER TACOS a few blocks north of here on BrynMawr and Broaway/Peterson (it has a sign with a skull) They are delicious and authentic and they go BEYOND just good service- they actually *remember* people's orders and preferences even when you aren't a frequent regular, which is more than I ever expect. Just amazing, and tasty. Used to be a big Chipotle fan though it's been encrappified like everything by corporate greed. And now in addition to the quality of the food steadily diminishing, this location which used to have good service now treats customers with contempt and disdain. It's there just for the online orders and uber orders for uber-indolent wealthy jerks while in-person customers are an afterthought. And they will look you in the eye and just give you the opposite of what you ask for and treat *YOU* like you're being out of line somehow by asking them to give you what you ordered. *FIVE* times in a row ordering a chicken bowl I ask for "just a LITTLE bit of red and green pepper please" a standard request; just a tiny bit on the top.. and *FIVE* times they have responded by *COVERING* the *ENTIRE* thing in peppers and onions. A big plate of indigestion. And the last time was the last straw because I watched carefully and when I saw the employee picking up HALF A POUND of freaking peppers I said "WHOA uhh sorry but that's way too much just a little please" and she kept going and I counted in my head just today *FIVE TIMES* I said "TOO MUCH, just a LITTLE PLEASE", WHILE making the "just a little" hand-gesture (thumb and forefinger held in front of me pinched a couple of centimeters apart, uknow- 'A LILBIT') and they just heaped the crap on there anyway and sneered.

  This location has a customer service first dilemma. I come here often, after my workout a couple blocks away. I try to just come in and get out asap, because the line workers are so miserable. I would say there’s the blonde lady cashier who is nice, and the male manager who wears the polo. Yes, he is Latino and yes she is the white one. Let’s just get that out of the way lol. It has nothing to do with the review but I find it funny that these two seem to be the only two that I get the hustle vibe from, and that’s good work ethic. Respect. Tonight, I walk in and the tall guy (the tallest one there) is behind the line. He has mobile tickets. He doesn’t even look up when I walk in. Not even when I start to approach the glass. Doesn’t look up. Once. He makes the orders, then fumbles around with one of the pans and goes around looking to refill it. Busybody type stuff. Doesn’t say a word to me. There’s still mobile tickets to make. By this time, people start to come in and one of them goes to the register to pick up. HE GETS A HELLO AND GETS ACKNOWLEDGED. (He’s… black. Maybe they get special treatment here at this location?? Sorry, had to pull that card. He literally starts making conversation with and gets his stuff together for him!) Meanwhile, I’m still waiting. The tall guy finishes with the other guy, AND THEN PROCEEDS TO GO TO THE BACK WITH DIRTY DISHES. What in the actual… I then speak up. **hey, can anyone help me??** The line lady who is cleaning the grill looks up. Who also hasn’t said hello… and she says something. The tall guy GETS THE BLONDE LADY TO COME UP. She’s the cashier. She isn’t the one making burritos. How the heck… she’s the cashier, dude. DUDE, you tall one, you’re going to have to eventually TAKE MY ORDER. He finally does. And throws my food together into the bowl. I’m like, wow. This is why chipotle is going downhill. We throw money at you guys and spend good, well earned money, and you guys give us this shit. Chipotle, do better.
