I was literally already in line with my burrito started — rice and beans were down, and they were asking what meat I wanted. Right before I was about to say steak, another employee came over from the mobile order side, took basically a triple portion of steak, and cleared out the whole container. So then I had to stand there waiting like 5–10 minutes for more steak, even though my order had already started. Even worse is they didn’t even tell me when it was ready, they just started helping another customer who ordered steak before finishing mine. Then when I finally got through the line, I asked for a water cup for ice like I’ve done a thousand times because I already had a drink with me, and the cashier was rude and tried to charge me for a large drink. The whole thing just felt like nobody cared at all. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just a super nonchalant attitude after wasting my time. It honestly put me off Chipotle completely.
