While the staff member followed the “less beans” request, he didn’t pay attention to the rest and ended up adding only lettuce and sauce. He wasn’t responsive when I tried to clarify my order, which made the experience frustrating. On a positive note, the cashier woman was kind and patient—she kept checking if I needed anything, which I really appreciated. Also, if there’s an extra charge for adding more veggies, that should be communicated—I would have been willing to pay. When I’m already paying around $10 for a veggie burrito and don’t even get what I asked for, it makes me question the value. Unfortunately, because of the poor service from the other staff member, I’m not sure I would return.
