  This has got to actually be the worst Chipotle in Chicago, if not the US. I’ve come to this location for a few years now since it’s the closest to me and am deciding I’m done. 1. The parking lot is not lit at all, so if you go at night you will be walking completely in the dark to and from your car. I wouldn’t really care about this, but that leads me to point 2. 2. This is THE place for homeless to hangout. If you aren’t getting harassed in the parking lot when you get out of your car, you’ll get harassed at the door. If not the door, they’ll be hanging out inside. Today when I made my order, one came in and was dancing around the place yelling about needing to use the bathroom and interrupting me trying to make my order three different times because he couldn’t remember the code. Is Chipotle for customers or is it a shelter? 3. The portions and food here are bad even by Chipotle standards. The chips I got today were completely stale, I ended up throwing out the bag because they were actually inedible. I got the skimpiest serving of chicken I have ever gotten at Chipotle and it was cold. The rice in my bowl just had to have been hours old from lunch because half of it is literally hard. And they were out of fajita veggies at 5PM when there wasn’t even a rush yet. Horrible place - bad atmosphere, bad food, dirty. This location is actually beyond saving, don’t believe a single positive review. I’ve been coming here off and on for years and it’s gotten to the point where I just have to go elsewhere.

  Never returning to this location again. There is no sense of urgency, no ounce of respect or hospitality at all. It is an extremely unfriendly environment. My fiancé and I went there on Wednesday, September 30 and it truly was the worst experience of my life. Nobody said hello to us when we walked in. We waited more than five minutes for somebody to take our order and there was no line mind you. There was a short young man, cleaning the line and refilling things. He did not say a word to us. He did not say someone will be with us shortly he just ignored us completely. Someone from the back came up and they helped us and they were very nice. Once he finished up our order, it was time for us to pay however, there was no cashier insight. The person cleaning the line called the cashier after we waited around five minutes. The cashier was a petite young lady she had braces and she came up with an attitude. She sighed and did not say hello she just rang up our order when she finished bagging the food, she did not hand it to us like a civilized person. She put it on the counter and shoved it towards us almost throwing it at us. It was truly disrespectful. She didn’t even ask me if I wanted my receipt she just tossed it in the trash and walked away from the cash register again. I have dined at places with bad service but never have I been disrespected like I was on this day.

  normally i don’t write bad reviews but chipotle workers are just so miserable and this location is no exception. extremely dirty and they weren’t even busy and crap attitudes.

  I had made an online order for pickup today. I’m so serious when I say that this is the best chipotle bowl i’ve had in awhile. Generally I’ve avoided ordering online because most chipotle locations skimp on the portions and I’m left with a half-full bowl. This was not the case for this location. THANK YOU!!

  Unfortunately had to stop coming to this location because without fail, every single day, there are homeless people that stand there and open the door for you purely so they can beg you for money. Every. Single. Day. My breaking point was going in a few days ago to find not just one homeless guy holding the door and asking for money, there were two sleeping inside at the tables and one standing in the middle of the lobby having a full conversation with himself. Homeless people are people too but this is a safety issue. Plus, if people can’t spare change, they shouldn’t have to have slurs thrown at them when they return to their car. (Also have zero desire to respond to the canned response that whoever monitors this posts under every single negative review.)
