- FCFrida CJun 6, 20265.0I just want to come on here and say Daniel is an absolute beast. He handled an entire line out the door with a smile and assured that customers left satisfied. The lobby although busy, was still very clean and well managed. The food was hot and fresh, which made it enjoyable. Although they could work on the chips the seasoning on the guac (highly recommend) helped elevate the flavor of the chips. I would absolutely be coming back to this location with no hesitation!!!!! Amazing staff! Clean and it shows they care about customer service.

- MMMichael MasonMay 27, 20261.0Absolutely horrible experience with Daniel today. I asked for “a little extra honey chicken” while going through the line with a huge crowd behind me. When I got to the register, Daniel asked if I got double chicken. I explained that I asked for a little extra. (i’ve seen all over the Internet that you guys are allowing people to get a little extra) Nobody told me it would cost any extra, then when I get up to the counter… With an attitude Daniel told me he was charging me for double chicken anyway — for something I never ordered. When I asked him to remake the bowl correctly, he threw the original meal in the trash, stopped the entire line, Started to remake it with a terrible attitude. At that point, I decided to leave instead of standing there while someone on a power trip argued over chicken and held up a packed line. Not only that, but I was embarrassed. Your employee is embarrassing your customers for something that isn’t their fault. Now he’s wasted 3 bowls of food and lost a customer who comes in almost every day — all because of terrible customer service and an employee with a bad attitude. Daniel is driving customers away, and I won’t be back.
